This means portfolio companies are a basis to secure dividends for the shareholders while being actively managed in order to generate long-term returns. Currently, the Haniel portfolio which is present in almost 50 countries comprises ten Portfolio Companies: BauWatch, BekaertDeslee, CWS Clean Rooms, CWS Fire Safety, CWS Hygiene, CWS WorkWear, EMMA, KMK Kinderzimmer, ROVEMA and TAKKT. Additionally, Haniel is one of the anchor shareholders of CECONOMY.
