Tax Analyst, Indirect Tax (Junior Level)

This role requries candidates to be on-site 5 days a week (M-F)
Position Responsibilities:

+ Prepare Sales & Use tax workpapers, tax returns, tax payments, and journal entries

+ Coordinate Sales & Use tax reporting with 3rd party provider

+ Gather audit documentation, prepare audit work papers, identify and research audit issues

+ Prepare general ledger account reconciliations for accrued Sales & Use tax and other miscellaneous tax liability accounts

+ Research various tax issues, prepare Sales & Use tax matrices, and respond to tax questions from the various businesses

+ Analyze and resolve notices and correspondence from various state and local tax authorities

+ Other projects or duties as assigned
