• Policy updates and change management
• Controls and compliance
• Dealing with the different African Countries and tax authorities
• Tax recons review
• Transfer Pricing
• Dealing with Cross Border Transactions
• Dealing with Controller Foreign Corporations (CFC)
• Presenting tax reports to Exco and Manco members
