We are a boutique accounting, tax, and advisory firm located just outside of Annapolis on Maryland's Eastern Shore, seeking a seasoned tax professional to join our leadership team as an incoming partner. This role is part of a thoughtful succession plan for a senior partner who is retiring.

You will assume responsibility for an established book of business and play a key role in shaping the firm's future—delivering high-level tax planning and advisory services, strengthening long-term client relationships, and mentoring our growing team.
