Opportunity Description
This global-leading US firm is looking to add an England & Wales qualified solicitor with between 4-8 PQE to join the busy and growing Tax team in the London office.
As an associate in the Tax team, you will provide your expertise in cross-border transactions or advisory mandates, working on a diverse client base, where the team has developed deep capabilities in a variety of sub-specialties, including cross-border practice, litigation and administration representation, investment funds and general tax advice.
You will provide day-to-day tax advice to a diverse range of clients, multinational corporations, investment funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, partnerships, joint ventures and startups.
Expertise includes joint ventures and business combinations, tax-efficient holding and operating structures, and cross-border acquisition, investment planning and investment fund structuring.
