Tax Strategy and Compliance Manager

Shape tax strategy as a Tax Strategy and Compliance Manager with a focus on Canadian and U.S. taxation. This role is essential for overseeing detailed tax compliance and provision efforts.
In this position, you'll report to the Head of Finance, working hand-in-hand with the VP of Tax to steer tax compliance and strategy for the organization. You'll facilitate international due diligence and manage tax exposure analysis while optimizing intercompany arrangements consistent with CRA, IRS, and OECD guidelines. Your expertise will guide the team in navigating complex transactions and regulatory needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
