Maintenance Assistant (Building Fabric biased)

Band 3 - £29,103 - £31,409

Maintenance Assistant post, with a bias towards the Built Environment, with a particular focus on maintaining and preserving building fabric items. The post will be based at ARI Hospital, and the holder may be required to assist in other locations throughout the NHS Grampian portfolio as activities dictate.

A general understanding of key building maintenance concepts and repair systems is required. Training opportunities will be provided to develop floor repair techniques as part of an ongoing personal development plan.

Qualifications & Requirements
