The Texas Correctional Office on Offenders with Medical and Mental Impairments (TCOOMMI) Adult Parole/Probation Intensive Case Manager (ICM-Comal County) provides services to individuals who are on the parole Special Needs Offender parole caseload and the probation specialized Mental Health Initiative caseload and are diagnosed with severe and persistent mental health disorders. This is a Monday through Friday, non-exempt primarily field-based position with flexible hours-no nightshift or on-call.

The TCOOMMI ICM regularly meets with individuals in their homes, community, probation/parole, court and at Hill Country MHDD clinics to provide case management, skills training, and psychosocial rehabilitative services for a caseload of 20-25 individuals. Services a...
