JOB QUALIFICATIONS** : Under Class 1 and/or 2 supervision for one year and Class 3 supervision thereafter, following specific instructions as to methods and working details, must be willing and able to perform simple and routine tasks involved in the repairing, adjusting, programing, and testing of electric meters in shop and field, and be qualified to do the following and related work as assigned: 1.
