Role SummaryResponsible for overseeing the daily operations of the tea and beverage station, ensuring consistent product quality, staff performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous development of new tea products.
Key Responsibilities 1. Tea & Beverage Operations- Prepare and serve tea and bubble tea beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
- Monitor tea brewing procedures, ingredient usage, and product freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
- Recruit, train, and supervise tea bar staff.
