Teacher (Interim) - Early Years (0.5 FTE)

The successful candidate

will lead a team of professionals who will contribute to the development and implementation of targeted learning strategies that promote safety, engagement, and meaningful learning experiences. When not directly programming for this student, the educator will work collaboratively with the staff in the REAL specialized program to support targeted literacy and numeracy programming for students with complex learning needs. Responsibilities: Design and implement an individualized educational plan that aligns with the student's unique learning and behavioral needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educational assistant, Complex Needs Facilitator, Behavioural Specialist, Student Services staff, and parents, to support student success.
