East Lothian Council seek to appoint a dynamic and forward-thinking individual for the position of Teacher of Physics, at Rosehill High School. Our school opened in August 2023, to around 300 young people. By August 2026, this will have expanded to over 700, with our first year of a full school, S1-S6. The new secondary learning facility is designed to support creative approaches to pedagogy, with a range of adaptive teaching spaces. Alongside up to date and digitally enabled classrooms, there is a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) plaza, a Learning Resource Centre, extensive facilities to support the arts, and a state of the art sport and leisure complex.
