Responsibilities:
Give appropriate comments on both student’s mistakes and achievements.
Discuss and understand the objectives of the student before starting lessons in Spanish.
Prepare lessons according to individual student's needs and goals.
Develop personalized lesson plans for the student.
Requirements:
Able to work with people of various backgrounds and ethnicities.
Have solid experience of using computer and the internet.
High school diploma or equivalent will be an advantage.
Must be able to identify the obstacles of the student and adjust the learning plan accordingly.
