The Pingle Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate teacher to work within our Early Years and Secondary provision.

• Confident in the delivery of the core curriculum and committed to developing these areas in line with current best practice.
• Versatile and a team player, able to make an impact, resilient, positive, flexible and highly motivated.
• Passionate about the specialist subject and capable of inspiring students across the curriculum.
• Strong pedagogical skills, adaptive and responsive teaching, able to scaffold, chunk, model and reframe lessons.
• Experience working with students with SEND and knowledgeable of statutory expectations; able to respond to and incorporate EHCP requirements in lesson planning.
