TEACHERS ASSISTANTS

As a Teaching Assistant, you will help foster a positive learning environment and assist teachers with daily classroom activities.

Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the lead teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
Assisting students with learning tasks individually or in small groups
Helping maintain classroom discipline and routines
Preparing and organizing educational materials
Supervising students during breaks and school activities

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
A diploma or certificate in education or related fields
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and ability to work with children of various ages
Ability to work well in a team environment
Previous experience in teaching support roles is beneficial
