Pay Rate: £95.15 - £107.25

Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm

About the Role

Smart Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across two specialist school sites: Site 1: ages 3-14 and site 2: ages 14-19. Our school provides a high-quality education for pupils with complex needs, severe learning difficulties (SLD), autism, and profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD).

You will work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure pupils access a personalised curriculum tailored to their individual needs. You will provide one-to-one and small group support, enabling pupils to develop communication, confidence, and independence. You will play a vital role in creating a supportive environment where pupils are challenged to achieve their best, with appropriate guidance and care.
