Teaching Assistant

Milk Education are recruiting a purpose-driven, ambitious Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Nottingham on a long-term or short-term basis starting in September.

You’ll be joining a supportive school that values diversity and equality. This is a fantastic opportunity for a new or experienced educator to support pupils in reaching their full potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
• Delivering catch‑up sessions
• Supporting pupils while responding to their individual needs
• Working with the class teacher to plan, evaluate, and adapt lessons

Essential Requirements:

• Recent and relevant experience in an educational setting
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, etc.) or equivalent experience
• Ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
