Teaching Assistant (Resource Base) The Grove Primary School

The working hours for this role are expected to be 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. The start date for this role is 01 September 2026.

The Grove Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and passionate Teaching Assistant to work within the Resource Base. As a member of staff within our Trust, you will contribute to a collaborative working environment and play a key role in supporting the learning and development of all pupils. You will support the class teacher in delivering a differentiated curriculum and ensure all children can access learning effectively. You will clarify instructions, assist with the use of materials and equipment, and provide targeted support in areas such as language, reading, and handwriting to help pupils complete their work.
