Main Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries both verbally and in writing.
- Assist the team with a range of admin tasks.
- Support the coordination of the team's response to network faults.
- Send development plans to mapping via the mapping centre tracker.
- Raise purchase orders and manage invoices.
- Update systems with connectivity issues.
- Call customers after works to survey our customer service performance.
- Assist other team members as and when required.
