**Summary:**
**Responsible for scheduling and oversight for all disciplines:** Nursing and Therapy. The Team Assistant assists in entering approved PTO and patient Emergency Management Plans into scheduling package book. Enters and verifies vital patient information into billing system, and maintains CPR card, Drivers license and Auto Insurance information in team member files.
