To strengthen the Supply Chain team in Nänikon-Greifensee, we are looking for a committed and self-driven personality as a Team Lead and Transformation Specialist 100% (all genders).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team's daily activities (workload distribution, priority setting, and escalation handling) to consistently meet quality and SLA expectations.
• Maintain performance visibility through simple, consistent reporting (KPIs, trend signals, exceptions) that supports decisions rather than creating overhead.
