Team Lead, Backend Engineering

Flo is building the future of renewable electricity retail in Singapore and Australia. We are looking for a hands‑on Team Lead (Backend) to drive architecture, delivery, and team growth within a key product vertical.

What you’ll do

This is a 70% hands‑on technical leadership / system ownership role and 30% people management, combining deep engineering execution with responsibility for growing and enabling a high‑performing team.

Technical Leadership & System Ownership

• Lead system design and architectural decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex backend systems from ideation to delivery (into production)
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and technical trade-offs
