TEAM LEAD BOOKKEEPER (Guadalajara)

Salary: $38,367 Gross Monthly.

• Manage and supervise a team of bookkeeping associates to ensure operational excellence.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure the timely delivery of all bookkeeping tasks and maintain high-quality standards.
• Handle direct client communication and resolve complex accounting issues.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives within the department.
• Train and mentor junior staff to support professional development.

• 3-5 years of experience in US bookkeeping or accounting outsourcing.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, and US GAAP.
• Proven experience in team leadership or reviewing the work of others.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
