Team Lead, Building Consultancy

As a Building Consultancy Team Lead, you will manage a team of building surveyors and provide advice in relation to complex technical due diligence instructions and other general building surveying advice.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the successful implementation, delivery and management of professional building consultancy advice to a range of clients in relation to technical due diligence instructions and other general building surveying advice.

Work closely with other T&T colleagues and departments to grow relationships and business opportunities.

Provide and guide teams to deliver client advice, with the correct mix of experience and skills.

Defect analysis and providing commercial advice to clients.

Review the department’s business plan and drive the team to achieve its objectives.
