Team lead: collections

As a Collections Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving the achievements of collections targets and overseeing the daily operations of the collections team.

Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of collections agents. Monitor team performance against targets. Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to agents. Qualifications Matric (Grade 12) 3 - 5 years’ experience in collections or debt recovery, of which 1 - 2 years are in leadership.
