Team Lead, Corporate Actions

Job Description
One of Insight Globals largest financial institution clients is looking to hire two Team Leads to support voluntary corporate actions team, specifically within Latin America, Canada, and their DTC group. This candidate will fall under the Alternative Investment Services organization reporting to the VP of the Portfolio Services team. The main responsibility and requirement for this candidate is to manage/be responsible for the voluntary corporate actions workflow. Focus points within voluntary will be response and instruction, payments, and post payment responses. They will take client responses and ensure that they make it to market accurate and one time to meet all outlined deadlines while also supporting all team analysts. This team typically deals with 20-30 events per day utilizing DTC and SWIFT to process any actions.
