Opportunity Description

As a customer care Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving the achievements of customer care targets and overseeing the daily operations of the customer care team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of customer care agents.
  • Monitor team performance against targets.
  • Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to agents.

Qualifications

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in customer care, of which 1 -2 years are in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Care processes
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
