**Team Lead - Food Manufacturing**

6:30am-3:00pm, Sunday-Thursday

Pay Rate: $25/hr-$27/hr (Based Upon Experience)

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ This is a hands-on lead role that works alongside the team.
+ Lead a team of 7–8 employees, including both full-time and temporary staff.
+ Provide coverage as needed for call-ins, breaks, and lunches.
+ Train new hires as applicable.
+ Complete and review extensive production paperwork and delegate tasks to operators.
+ Possess a solid understanding of all products being cooked and sent to ovens & processing room.
+ Support changeovers, assist with basic equipment troubleshooting, and ensure equipment sanitation.
+ Collaborate closely with the safety and QA department to address and resolve any production-related issues.
