Opportunity Description
Lead the DOPES Team at AVI Health & Community Services, delivering harm reduction and peer-based services across Vancouver Island. This role engages with marginalized communities to promote health and dignity.
As the DOPES Team Lead, you will guide a supportive, client-centered team committed to harm reduction principles. With a focus on supervision, staff development, and effective communication, you’ll ensure services are delivered effectively to those in need. Your leadership will help create empathetic relationships built on trust and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support staff through daily check-ins and debriefings
• Conduct administrative tasks like data entry and scheduling
• Oversee staffing, shift call-outs, and hiring processes
