Team Lead I - MPH Warehouse Operations (2nd shift)

The Team Lead-MPH Warehouse Operations provides daily leadership and first-line support to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role supports the supervisor by coordinating workflow, resolving issues in real time, reinforcing standardized work, driving continuous improvement, and developing team capability. The Team Lead may perform production tasks, training, or lead the team in the supervisor’s absence. Work Schedule: Mon. - Thurs. 3:30pm - 2:00am Shift: 2nd shift Location: Union Centre Blvd., Fairfield, OH Key Responsibilities Promote and enforce safety rules, PPE use, and ergonomic best practices. Act as a Safety Champion; respond to and address safety issues and Andon calls. Support 5S, workplace organization, and safe behaviors through daily coaching and audits.
