- Minimum 1 year of International BPO Experience.
- The designation of Team Leader should be on paper.
- LOB experience: voice or blended
- Comfortable with 24x7 shifts.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Budget 7 lacs or hike 15 %- 20% whichever is lower
