Team Lead (IT & EPC).

Identify, map, and develop new IT and EPC clients in the region to build a strong business pipeline.

Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across IT and EPC mandates (sourcing to offer closure)

Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery and client satisfaction.

Build, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to drive performance and capability development

Set up and streamline recruitment processes, trackers, and reporting mechanisms for the region

Monitor team productivity, SLAs, TAT, and quality of hires.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership for business expansion and strategy

Develop talent pipelines for niche and critical roles across IT and EPC domains.

Drive revenue contribution through effective delivery and client acquisition.

Ensure adherence to compliance, process standards, and best practices.
