Responsibilities
- Handling inbound/outbound cal
- Interact with customers/clients through phone or e-mail and managing all queries, requests and complain ts
- Permanent/Contract placements of Doctors/Physicians/Specialis ts
- Sourcing of new clients/busine ss
- To assist and provide the highest standard of customer ca re
- Achieving daily/ weekly and monthly KPI’s and hours targe t.
- Supervising a small Te am
