Team Lead - Logistics OTC cash application process

Lead and manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations with a strong focus on Cash Application and Collections. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate cash posting, effective receivables management, DSO improvement, operational excellence, and high-performing team management.

Requirements

Strong experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, specifically Cash Application and Collections.

Proven experience managing large teams (10–20+ members).

Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, aging management, DSO, and collection processes.

Experience handling customer escalations and dispute management.

Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management capabilities.
