As Team Lead Mobile, you will lead our Mobile team in delivering our beautifully designed iOS and Android apps. With a strong understanding of both current and future business needs, you will take ownership of delivering new features and enhancements. Your leadership will foster the team’s growth through mentorship and the continuous optimisation of workflows and processes. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work closely with your Product Manager, taking ownership of technology to execute the product strategy while ensuring a high-quality user experience

Mentor mobile apps engineers, supporting their growth and career development

Oversee the team’s delivery by planning and scoping engineering work, ensuring commitments are met and collaborating effectively with stakeholders
