ABOUT THE ROLE
The Shipping Team Lead is responsible for supporting the Shipping team in ensuring all outbound shipments meet customer, carrier, transportation, and retail compliance requirements. This role oversees critical shipping activities including order staging, load accuracy, trailer loading, shipping documentation, and adherence to carrier schedules and cut-off times to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
