Purpose
Individual is responsible to lead a Team of Equipment Owners for a shift. They are responsible for delivering the necessary results to achieve the Compelling Business Need(CBN)/Company Plan by rigorous application of RTT/ IWS tools. 95% of individual’s time will be spent on the Production Floor working with the team.
