Team Leader – MSME & Industries (IIDA), Uttar Pradesh Role Summary Lead end-to-end programme delivery for MSME & Industries engagements in Uttar Pradesh, ensuring timely execution, governance, MIS reporting and field implementation across districts. The role is delivery-first (no sales/BD) and manages a 15 member team aligned to agreed project outcomes and government priorities. Key Responsibilities (Core Delivery) 1) Programme Execution & Governance Own day-to-day delivery against scope, milestones, and KPIs for MSME/Industries projects. Run governance cadence: weekly/monthly reviews, action tracking, issue resolution and closure. Maintain project plans, RACI, risk logs and implementation trackers. 2) State & District Stakeholder Coordination Act as the primary delivery interface with the MSME/Industries department , directorates and district officials.
