Lead a specialist team at the forefront of identity, cybersecurity and network services that support critical Ministry operations. This is an opportunity to shape team performance, drive operational excellence, and lead through complexity in a fast‑paced digital environment. Based in Wellington, you will lead approximately five Architects and Engineers while partnering with stakeholders across the Ministry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Architects and Engineers across Network, Identity and Cybersecurity
• Coordinate network incident response and problem management
• Drive consistent processes and operational practices
• Act as the escalation point for internal and external stakeholders
• Develop capability and performance across your team
