Shift and Pay:
1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm(M-F). Hourly wage for this position starts at $23.50.
Scope of Work:
Supervise employees in a manufacturing environment. Work with Operations Supervisor to plan and assign work, ensure policies and procedures are being followed and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
Education and Experience:
+ Education/Experience: Minimum -- High School Diploma
+ Experience: 1-3 years of supervisory level in Manufacturing (preferred)
Competencies and Skills:
+ Ability to lead and manage a team by training, coaching, and motivating
+ Excellent interpersonal (written and verbal) communication skills
