• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets.

• Drive life insurance sales through the Bharat Banca channel.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and branch teams.

• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and improve productivity.

• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales goals.

• Conduct regular reviews and support team members in customer acquisition.

 

Requirements:

• Graduate qualification mandatory.

• Experience in Life Insurance / Bancassurance 

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.

• Good communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Target-oriented and capable of managing business goals.
