Your new company HMP Cardiff is a Category B local prison located in the centre of Cardiff, Wales. It primarily holds adult male prisoners, including those on remand, serving short sentences, or awaiting transfer to other establishments. The prison provides a range of services aimed at rehabilitation, including education, training, and work opportunities. Your new role As a Reactive Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of reactive maintenance services across the site. You will lead frontline operational teams, oversee contractors, drive performance against key KPIs and promote a positive Health & Safety culture.Key responsibilities include:
