About the role
As the Team Leader, you will join the leadership group to guide team members, drive strategic goals, and provide operational management under the guidance of the Program Manager. You will oversee the delivery of comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Service operates a consultation-liaison psychiatry model for children and youth aged 0 to 17 years old. The team works with young people admitted to the Joan Kirner Women’s and Children’s (JKWC) hospital, those linked with a Western Health paediatrician, or individuals presenting to the paediatric emergency department at Sunshine Hospital.
