Opportunity Description
- Ensure timely submission of administrative and commercial reports to the Operations Supervisor.
- Timely compliance to company and client directives (principal-initiated projects).
- Promote the client's products or services in a professional but customer-friendly manner
- Train all front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills
- Compliance to agreed client KPIs
- Consolidate and present team performance to company stakeholders, client representatives, and the whole team
- Regularly attends company, client, and retail outlet-initiated meetings
- Establish an outstanding relationship with the principal and the retail outlets
- Align with the Operations Supervisor in developing the monthly Coverage Plan with respect to the objective of the team and priorities of the client
Monitor and safeguard all the equipment issued to all company personnel, client representatives, and retail outlets
