Robert Bosch LLC seeks Team Leader - Engineering (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 8101 Dorchester Road, Charleston, SC 29418. Perform component development tasks to support production of electric motors and lead a team focused on the same tasks. Tasks will include component diagnosis, laboratory testing, and product data release. Work closely with both the engineering team located in other locations (US, EU and MX) and the manufacturing team (MOE) in the plant (ChP). Perform CAD-Design of eMotor components/assemblies within the design-kit. Engineering change management according to the RB process. Apply development methods like PE, DRBFM, FMEA, Problem solving, Project management and customer communication including presentations.
