Team Leader - Family Mental Health - Hervey Bay

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Team Leader to lead our Family Mental Health team at our waterfront office. This position is full-time, fixed-term until 30 November 2027.

This role focuses on early intervention and support for children, young people, and their families, working within a supportive, values‑driven environment to improve wellbeing and strengthen family outcomes.
