Primary Responsibilities
Operation
Conduct daily briefings with staff at floor level. Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her teamEnsure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to standards and procedures setSupervise public areasReplenish guest supplies and ensure that guests requests are promptly attended toAttend to reports on damage or malfunction in hotel roomsMaintain equipment in proper state of cleanlinessMaintain a section floor reportConduct regular room checklistsReport unusual behavior/activities on floors to Executive HousekeeperRecord room status in allocated section accuratelyAssist Executive Housekeeper in assessing team members’ attendance and performanceOther Responsibilities
