**JOB DUTIES: Be responsible for leading a small team of technical Engineering and Sustaining staff, typically focused on a subsystem or sub-element of a larger product development or technology development project. Perform mostly technical tasks plus some supervisory work as required to direct a small team. Plan and supervise a small (typically fewer than 4) team of staff.
