Opportunity Description
Team Leader - HRO
Must-Have**
• Bachelor‘s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related
field (or equivalent experience).
• 10 to 14 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll
processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP,
Workday, or similar preferred)
• Experience with ADP Global View and Celegro is a must
• US / UK / Middle East payroll processing exposure
• Global Payroll exp (UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, LATAM,
Europe, UK, APAC & ASEAN Regions)
• Processing and reviewing/analysis of end-to-end payroll to
completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; delivers
engaging, informative, well thought out presentations
• Analytical abilities, strong judgement and management skills,
ability to work effectively with Business, HR and IT Leaders.
• Strong critical thinking skills
