Opportunity Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Department of Corrections and the Ministry of Justice team and play a key role in our high‑performance Project team. Reporting to Site Manager, you'll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services.
Downer holds a long‑term Asset Management and Facilities Management contract with the Department of Corrections and the Ministry of Justice. This involves the proactive management and delivery to the national portfolio of facilities including 15 prisons, 100 courts and 157 community correctional sites. This contract underpins the provision of availability of facilities to support core Government services.
This position is full‑time, guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week and will be responsible for asset maintenance, team leadership and delivering excellent customer service to our client.
